Somewhere I read that physically we are human being, but mentally we are incomplete. Given that we have this physical human form, we must safeguard our mental capacity for judgment. For that, we cannot take out insurance; the insurance company is within: a clear realization. Finally, a few realizations about myself …:)
•I always wanted to be somebody, but now I realize I should have been more specific.
•I feel passionate about everything which is in my comfort zone. I look at everything, everything which i’ve got going on in my life…everything from work to home, from my activities to my passion, from e-chat to e-fight and I don’t know which of these really gives me value, which ones i love to do, which of these are in line with my 2-3 most important things.
•I always struggle to concentrate on one thing and i often get deviate by many things just like a child.
•For me the relationship between commitment and doubt is by no means an antagonistic one.
•I believe that things or people make me unhappy, but this is not accurate. In reality i make myself unhappy.
•I shouldn’t be afraid of the space between my dreams and reality. If i can dream it, i can make it so.
No wonder I am smiling right now but really its time to move forward with strong and active faith.Because you should have power over your mind - not outside events.Isn't it?

"I am really convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it……"
I think that these days I am realizing the impact of situations on life.Mostly the situations changes from good to worse only because of our Attitude/Reactions/Behaviour .Attitude, to me, is more important than the other facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance or skill. It will make or break a home, a relationship, a friendship too.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am really convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it.
Really, everyone wants happiness, no one wants suffering. And happiness mainly comes from our own attitude, rather than from external factors. If your own mental attitude is correct, even if you remain in a hostile atmosphere, you will feel happy." When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us ".
So don’t you think that it is with you …and we are all in charge of our attitudes??

“Our days are filled with perceptions”
Per cep"tion Noun :Latin perceptio confer French perception
Think of all the perceptions i might have while standing in a metro as it takes me from Tollygaunge to Dumdum,It’s stuffy here and i start thinking like....what am I doing with my life?I think,I wish,I feel,I wonder and that could all happen before i reach to the Central.
Perception is actually a conscious mental registration of a sensory stimulus. Beyond this traditional meaning, people generally agree on some level that there is much more to perception than meets the senses. Perhaps i’ve looked behind and knowing someone was looking my way or ever thought,I’ve got a feeling it’s going to be a good day.It seems clear that certain kinds of perception are innate.
But sometimes if you may calmly watch the patterns of your heart rhythms on a heart monitor, the wave running across the screen can suddenly turn erratic if you simply focus on something that makes you angry or recall some incident that affected adversely. Here is another form of perception that creates stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue and a range of unbearable conditions and is based on the past experience. In reality,it is our response to these perceptions that is the prime factor. What would you say???

Destiny
Through out their lives, people have a lot of interest in themselves. Amongst all interest, which they are most interested in, is their ‘Destiny’.I think that the Destiny is basically what we are here on the earth to achieve it.The problems we are faced with, of course, are what exactly the destiny is and how do we go about fulfilling it?However people use it in different senses than permitted by dictionaries. Some maintain that destiny is ultimately what you arrive at in your life. And always for those who believe in destiny has to believe in fate.
In philosophy the destiny is defined as “ the spiritual will of a person; a deep inner need; something that drives us to do what seems impossible. It nurtures us with hope in our darkest moments; enables us to dream of better things; and resides in a place where we are destined to find our fulfillment”. Further, for guidance of the life, Philosophers have laid four Purushaarthas : Dharma, Artha, Kaama and Moksha. The law of Karma says that all that happens in one's life is result of his own deeds. One can never escape the fruits of whatever he has done. It may be that the result of some act may take more time to fructify than the remaining life span of the person who committed that act.Science also said that if the causal laws of the mechanistic functions are known, and initial conditions given, then the future of any particular event can be correctly predicted. (Source: La Place concept). Newton’s Laws of motion had given this confidence because as per the laws of gravitation position of any body could be correctly predicted either on earth or in heavens.
There is no contradiction in between the philosophy and science that we are in control of our lives and everything that happens to us is as a result of a predetermined plan. So the responsibility for finding our Destiny is ours alone. It can never be given to us by anyone else because it only belongs to us.
